A heavy downpour Wednesday evening caused floods in several areas in Klang Valley. A flash flood along Jalan Maarof in Bangsar around 4 pm caused vehicles to crawl along the busy road.
Several users reported a heavy traffic build-up at the Subang exit of the NKVE around 5 pm.
